Friends and even family members don’t usually have the same emotional attachment to possessions as you do. Bring someone in who you trust to help you make the decision on whether to keep or get rid of you’re undecided items. A great way to decide whether not to keep something is to assign it a purpose. If the item you are looking at is going to serve a clear and important purpose to you then it would be worth keeping.
